Lower Park Pupils Get 'Safe Cycling' Training

Twenty-two of the oldest children spent time after school and at the weekend to brush up their overall biking proficiency. The school offers this chance every year believing it is especially important, as the youngsters will use their bikes more frequently in the summer holidays and some will start cycling to High School in September.

The course has been highly successful for a number of years thanks to the invaluable help of parents who give freely of their own time.
